
OUR ORIGIN STORY...
I quite literally grew up in a barn—horse barns. From age 7 through college I could be found with dirt under my nails, hay in my hair, and tired from the work of caring for, riding, and competing sport horses. Although I didn’t recognize it then, alongside the horsemanship and riding skills I was learning, I was also gaining powerful self-awareness, leadership, and other priceless life skills from the many horses and amazing coaches I worked with. You can’t force a 1000 pound animal to do something. There must be trust, partnership, and clear communication, which is built on calm, confident energy, transparency, and honesty (true leadership qualities). No tricks or shortcuts, just dedication and a willingness to learn and evolve.
After obtaining my degree in Leadership Development, I stepped out of the barn and spent the next 20+ years in talent and leadership development consulting and coaching, creating meaningful impact for organizations of all sizes and industry. And while I worked with wildly successful and passionate people—helping organizations build stronger cultures, develop their leaders, and navigate complex change—there were challenges that I saw time and again that held people and organizations back from reaching their potential:

A constant struggle with spinning too many plates at once, with a belief that overwhelm was an expectation if you wanted to be successful at work and life.

Hiding behind a mask and muting individual ideas and opinions to "fit the mold" of success.

I've been there too. I've hidden behind the 'successful professional' mask while feeling inauthentic and a bit lost. I've spun plates until I couldn't remember which ones actually mattered. I've compromised my physical and mental health in the process. I know firsthand what it takes to step off that hamster wheel and find your authentic path forward—because I've had to do it myself.
And I also know just how valuable the right support with the right expertise can do to guide you through gaining clarity, prioritizing what's really important, getting unstuck, and leveling-up.
Over time, a growing voice nudged me toward making an intentional shift...
